How the Grinch stole Christmas

Era intr-un Ajun, acum cativa ani buni, cand am fost luata pe sus de acest film. "How the Grinch stole Christmas". Nu cred ca aveam mai mult de 12-13 ani. Cand l-am vazut pentru prima oara nu era nimic mai mult decat un film de craciun diferit de celelalte. Eram inebunita de "monstruletul" paros, verde si lipicios. :)) Imi placea de Max, catelul care il imita pe Rudolph. Azi, l-am vazut din nou... and now i get it.

Grinch can steal a piece of our lifes, he steals some money too, a few smiles, many laughters(too many), he sometimes steals the glow from our eyes, he takes away some boldness, a cup of power and a spoon from " capacity to fall in love(again)" jar. He steals some sleepy nights, some dreams. Grinch steals the ones you care about too, the one you love. I guess he thinks that we are not appreaciating them enough, and someone else will, so he takes them away.  But as my "whoo" little btain tells me, he is so, so wrong. Maybe as we write our letter to Santa, they are writing letters to the Grinch, asking him to come and take them away, cause they can't stand us... maybe... Or they just don't love us anymore. So Grinch comes and takes them away, along with our smiles, laughters, money, dreams and of course... Christmas. As the story goes, he is suppose to bring Christmas back with the rest of the stuff he took. But you see... Grinch doesn't really like this "reality" we are living in, so he doesn't bring back Christmas by morning. He's not going to bring it back any soon. But he's not that evil, no, no! He gives us something in change, altough it doesn't feel like Christmas. He gives us the chance to grow up a bit, and also the strenght to hold on to the hope we have left, he gives us  the chance to realize that you are one of the few anormal people in this infinit ocean of normality, and that's only because you are capable to love, more than you could have imagined. All of a sudden you realize that you are completely insane and crazy and GOSH IT FEELS GREAT!!!  You loved once so you are not normal, and one day, someday, you will love again... just someday.  But you are crazy and it's the best thing that could ever happen to you! Grinch is the one that makes you realize that, makes you grow up a bit...

The best thing we can do, is to run with high heels, or dirty converse in a pouring rain, running and chasing our dreams. No matter how dirty and wet our feet gets, you feel great and you love the smooth and cold feeling that rain's painting on your. 

I wish all a very Merry Christmas, and may all your wishes come true. * And don't let anything ruin your Christmas.
